I actually felt good.<br>\n    Got the kids to school, came home, and the air felt walkable. My body felt ready. So I walked.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Just fifteen minutes.<br>\n    And I paid for it the rest of the day.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Swelling. Gassiness. The whole \u201chi, you pushed too far\u201d response.<br>\n    Basically the fine print my body made me read after the walk\u2014like it handed me a receipt for ignoring the terms.<\/p>\n\n    <p>It\u2019s weird\u2014feeling good and being ready aren\u2019t the same. Apparently, my energy shows up before my body\u2019s ready to spend it.<\/p>\n\n    <p>So&#8230; short walks only, if any at all right now.<br>\n    Maybe even just porch pacing for now. Like a little Victorian ghost.<\/p>\n\n    <p>The supplement alarms are mostly working.<br>\n    Unless I hit \u201coff\u201d instead of \u201csnooze,\u201d which happens more than I\u2019d like to admit. But overall, the structure is helping. I just keep noticing this pattern: even the best systems stop working after a while.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Like my brain catches on and starts rebelling.<br>\n    I don\u2019t think I need a new system\u2014I think I need options.<br>\n    Not just one trick, but a whole rotating bag of them. Enough to cycle through when the current one loses its shine. A Mary Poppins bag\u2014except instead of umbrellas and lamps, it\u2019s timers, alarms, and sticky notes.<\/p>\n\n    <p>Consistency for me might look more like flexible structure than hard rules.<br>\n    A rhythm I can remix.<\/p>\n\n    <p>After all that, I took a full shower, did my hair, makeup\u2014the whole thing.<br>\n    And then I&#8230; completely ignored my blog and spent an hour rearranging the house. Again.<\/p>\n\n    <p>The now-former \u201creading nook\u201d has officially become the \u201coffice nook.\u201d Found a full leather Restoration Hardware office chair on Marketplace for $25. I could hear the HGTV angels singing. A leather throne of competence that instantly raised my tax bracket by $25. It fits perfectly. It looks expensive. It smells like competence.<\/p>\n\n    <p>No blog. No content. Just vibes and furniture.<br>\n    At this point I\u2019m basically running an HGTV pilot out of my living room\u2014minus the sponsors, plus a lot of coffee.<br>\n    But here\u2019s the thing\u2014I was doing something. I wasn\u2019t scrolling or numbing out. I was moving. Forward, sideways, some direction.<\/p>\n\n    <p>That\u2019s still momentum.<br>\n    That still counts.<\/p>\n\n    <p>So yeah\u2026 today was all over the place.<br>\n    But I listened to my energy. I recognized when I\u2019d pushed too far.<br>\n    I kept taking my supplements. I moved my body and my furniture.<br>\n    I avoided my work, but I didn\u2019t avoid my life.<\/p>\n\n    <p>And tonight, I\u2019m writing the blog anyway.<br>\n    Even if it\u2019s late.
